TOAST! by Park Avenue Senior Living is a concept created in the Commercial Design class at the Heritage School of Interior Design. In the project, the fictional Park Avenue is a small yet sought after senior living facility in the heart of downtown Seattle. They have recently announced that they are expanding and have just leased an additional space within their existing facility. The new space is in need of a new design that incorporates the existing space in a seamless transition. We created the brand, concept, construction documents, 2D and 3D rendering for the space. As part of the concept, TOAST! is a cafe, bar, and concert venue available exclusively to Park Avenue residents that celebrates and connects clientele to the lush, verdant gardens and gastronomy of the Pacific Northwest – only steps from their front door and urban lifestyle.
